When will I recive my order?
We ship all products from the management center closest to your home. For example in Spain from Barcelona. Your order will arrive within 3 to 6 working days to Spain. If any product is not available in the Barcelona warehouse and has to be shipped from our warehouses in Latvia, it will take between 10 and 15 days. On certain dates such as Christmas or in cases such as the Covid pandemic, shipments may experience some small delays.
An approximate delivery estimate for the following countries: Mexico 6-12 days, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay 8-14 days, Portugal 3-6, Germany 4-7, United Kingdom 2-4, Greece 10-18, Italy 5-12, Poland 5-10, France 2-4, Norway 8-12. If where you live is not on this list, calculate the delivery time by comparing it with the nearest countries.
Where is my order shipped from?
Depending on your location, you will receive it from the management center closest to your home. We ship from all continents as we have management centers in each of them. We offer the guarantee of working with Correos Express, Spain’s leading transport company, with the possibility of being able to track your shipment from anywhere in the world, every day of the week, 24 hours a day. In other countries, we work with renowned transportation companies.
Urban Hooligans is not responsible for the causes of loss or delay in shipments once deposited in said carriers.
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control, and is decided by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.
My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask for your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors in case the carrier would have left them your package.
If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to reship your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.
Note: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Be sure to enter it correctly.
How are the products made?
In a large print-on-demand workshop with production and logistics centres in several cities around the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the centre closest to the customer’s final address.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a link by email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us at email@example.com.
I received the wrong or damaged product. What I do?
We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about it. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!
What is your return policy?
We offer FREE 30 DAY RETURNS. After this period we do not accept returns, but if you have any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
Beware of customised orders! Before processing you will see the result. Be careful not to miswrite the texts you want to appear and/or the images you upload that are well placed and of good quality. However, before we put them into production, we check the personalisation for any obvious error, and we will get back to you. But if, for example, your name is Eric, we can’t know if “Erik” is wrongly written.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
Yes, but if you are not sure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions first. If in doubt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
Before returning a product, please write to us to give you the address of the logistics centre where you should send it.
