When will I recive my order?
Normally we ship all products from the warehouse closest to your home. In Europe Barcelona, Riga or Birmingham. In America Los Angeles, Charlotte, Dallas, Toronto, Tijuana or Rio Janeiro. Asia: Amakusa, Kashima. Australia: Melbourne or Brisbane. If a product is not available in the nearest warehouse, it will be shipped from another. When you enter your address in the final phase of the purchase, the estimated delivery will appear. Delivery times vary between 3-6 days (nearby warehouse) and 10-15 days (distant warehouse). On certain dates such as Christmas or in cases such as the Covid pandemic, shipments may experience some small delays.

Where is my order shipped from?
We ship all products from the warehouse closest to your home. If a product is not available in the nearest warehouse, it will be shipped from another. We offer you the guarantee of working with transport companies of recognized prestige (USPS, FedEx, DPD, Correos and DHL).
Urban Hooligans is not responsible for the causes of loss or delay in shipments once deposited in said carriers.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control, and is decided by your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask for your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors in case the carrier would have left them your package.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to reship your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.

Note: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Be sure to enter it correctly.


How are the products made?
In a large print-on-demand workshop with production and logistics centres in several cities around the world. Your orders are printed and shipped from the centre closest to the customer’s final address.

I received the wrong or damaged product. What I do?
We are sorry if your product arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, please email us at within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about it. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!


What is your return policy?
We offer FREE 30 DAY RETURNS. After this period we do not accept returns, but if you have any problem, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Beware of customised orders! Before processing you will see the result. Be careful not to miswrite the texts you want to appear and/or the images you upload that are well placed and of good quality. However, before we put them into production, we check the personalisation for any obvious error, and we will get back to you. But if, for example, your name is Eric, we can’t know if “Erik” is wrongly written.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
Yes, but if you are not sure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions first. If in doubt, please contact us at within one week of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.

Before returning a product, please write to us to give you the address of the logistics centre where you should send it.
