When will I recive my order?
We ship all products from the management center closest to your home. For example in Spain from Barcelona. Your order will arrive between 3 and 6 days working days to Spain. If any product was not available in the Barcelona warehouse and had to be sent from our Latvian warehouses, it would take between 10 and 15 days. On certain dates such as Christmas or in cases such as the Covid pandemic, shipments may suffer some small delays.

A rough estimate of delivery in the following countries: Mexico 6-12 days, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay 8-14 days, Portugal 3-6, Germany 4-7, United Kingdom 2-4, Greece 10-18, Italy 5-12, Poland 5-10, France 2-4, Norway 8-12. If where you live is not on this list, calculate the delivery time by comparing it with the nearest countries.

Where is my order shipped from?
Depending on your location, it will arrive from the management center closest to your home. We ship from all continents as we have management centers in each of them. We offer the guarantee of working with Correos Express, the leading transport company in Spain, and with the possibility of being able to track the shipment from anywhere in the world, every day of the week, 24 hours a day. In other countries we work with transport companies of recognized prestige.

Urban Hooligans is not responsible for the causes of losses or delays in shipments once deposited with said carriers.

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs charges. This fee is not under our control, and is the decision of your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries, so we recommend you speak with your local authorities to clarify this point.

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:
● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
● Ask about your order at your local post office.
● Ask your neighbors in case the carrier had left your package for them.

If the address is correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us at with your order number.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we can send your product again, but you will have to bear the costs.

How are the products made?
In a large print-on-demand workshop that has production and logistics centers spread across several cities. Your orders are printed and shipped from the center closest to the customers' final address.

I have received a wrong or damaged product. What I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to in a week from the moment of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about it. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!


What is your return policy?
We offer FREE RETURNS FOR 30 DAYS . After that period we no longer accept returns, but if you have any problem, do not hesitate to write to

Be careful with custom orders! Before processing you will see the result. Be careful not to misspell the texts you want to appear and/or the images you upload that are well placed and of good quality. However, before we put them into production, we review the customization in case there is a manifest error, and we will contact you. But if, for example, your name is Eric, we cannot know if "Erik" is misspelled.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes, but if you are not sure which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions first. When in doubt, contact us at in a week from the time of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
