Data protection policy:

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and by completing this form, you give your consent for the processing of your personal data provided, which will be incorporated into the URBAN HOOLIGANS file, whose purpose is the fiscal, accounting and administrative management of the contractual relationship, as well as the sending of commercial information about our products and services.

We also inform you that you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition established in said Law by sending an email to info@urbanhooligans.com, attaching a photocopy of your ID/Passport.

Article 1 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter LOPD), regarding the purpose of the Law, establishes the following:

"The purpose of this Organic Law is to guarantee and protect, with regard to the processing of personal data, public liberties and the fundamental rights of natural persons and especially their honor and personal and family privacy."

The LOPD establishes in its article 2.1, regarding its scope of application, the following:

"This Organic Law will be applicable to personal data recorded on physical support that makes them susceptible to treatment, and to all types of subsequent use of these data by the public and private sectors."

For these purposes, the same law in its article 3 defines what is to be understood by personal data:

any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons ”.

For its part, the Development Regulation of the LOPD, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, states in article 2, sections 2 and 3, the following:

"2) This regulation will not be applicable to the processing of data referred to legal persons, nor to files that are limited to incorporating the data of the natural persons who provide their services in those, consisting only of their name and surname, the functions or positions held, as well as the postal or electronic address, professional telephone and fax number”.

“3) Likewise, the data related to individual entrepreneurs, when they refer to them in their capacity as merchants, industrialists or shipowners, will also be understood as excluded from the application regime for the protection of personal data.
